I was asked a question about what exactly this new site is. So heres a good explanation of what I plan on it being.
It was designed by myself because I figured there were no websites that were really just for Runescape images to be uploaded and shared with the world. The concept idea of this was simple. Provide a place where users can upload their image, and then share it with the world, while also receiving feedback via a comments system, along with a star rating system.I also added the simple feature of a watermark to prevent images from being stolen from the author and claimed as someone elses. However, the cool think is that the actual image is not messed with, its just a trick that is done with some nifty code work. This also means that should the file be downloaded... the watermark is still there.
At this time the maximum file size is 1MB per image. I will be increasing this size, however, users will need to purchase subscriptions in order to upload larger image files. I will also have a Downloads area, so users who create YouTube backgrounds can have other users download them. This section will either be free, or free and have a paid members area for higher end things. I will also allow users to make their file Paid File, which means users will have to pay the owner for rights to use the image.
I an also going to be setting up a subscription for users to get the direct link to the images so they can show them to others. However, this will require a paid subscription, and the images will still have the watermark.
Finally, to upload and image, please login on the website with your forum details, then more options will become available.
